Toasted Almond Muesli


  • 3 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup Freshlife Australian Natural Almonds
  • ¼ cup Freshlife Australian Flaked Almonds
  • ½ cup Freshlife Brazil Nuts, chopped
  • ½ cup Freshlife Californian Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Freshlife Pepitas
  • ½ cup Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease and line a baking tray
  2. Combine oats and nuts in a large bowl.
  3. In a saucepan, combine honey, maple syrup and oil. Gently heat until well combined. Carefully pour syrup over the oat and nut mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Spoon mixture onto baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until dry and golden. Cool.
  5. Stir Freshlife Pepitas and Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries through mixture. Store in an airtight container.
