Toasted Almond Muesli
- 3 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup Freshlife Australian Natural Almonds
- ¼ cup Freshlife Australian Flaked Almonds
- ½ cup Freshlife Brazil Nuts, chopped
- ½ cup Freshlife Californian Walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- ½ cup Freshlife Pepitas
- ½ cup Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease and line a baking tray
- Combine oats and nuts in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, maple syrup and oil. Gently heat until well combined. Carefully pour syrup over the oat and nut mixture and stir well to combine.
- Spoon mixture onto baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until dry and golden. Cool.
- Stir Freshlife Pepitas and Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries through mixture. Store in an airtight container.
