Pear & Walnut Salad


  • 100g baby rocket
  • 2 pears
  • 1 cup Freshlife Californian Walnuts
  • 50g shaved parmesan cheese


  • 1 tsp seeded mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbs olive oil


  1. Place the rocket leaves into a large bowl and grate one pear into bowl. Core and finely slice the other pear and add to salad.
  2. Add Freshlife Californian Walnuts and parmesan cheese.
  3. Whisk together dressing ingredients, and toss gently through salad.
