Cranberry & Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • 150g mixed salad leaves
  • ¾ cup Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries
  • 115g Freshlife Australian Slivered Almonds, lightly toasted
  • 6-8 baby bocconcini

Dressing

  • 1 tbs seeded mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped finely
  • 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method

  1. Place the mixed salad leaves into a large bowl and add the Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries, Freshlife Australian Slivered Almonds and baby bocconcini.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients, and toss gently through salad.
