Cranberry & Almond Salad
- 150g mixed salad leaves
- ¾ cup Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 115g Freshlife Australian Slivered Almonds, lightly toasted
- 6-8 baby bocconcini
- 1 tbs seeded mustard
- 1 clove garlic, chopped finely
- 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Place the mixed salad leaves into a large bowl and add the Freshlife Sweetened Dried Cranberries, Freshlife Australian Slivered Almonds and baby bocconcini.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients, and toss gently through salad.
